Returns & Refunds Policy

At Safa Scents, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of fragrance and grooming products, we have outlined our returns and refunds policy clearly below.


Eligibility for Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is faulty

  • You receive the incorrect product

In these cases, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.


Reporting an Issue

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Supporting photos (where applicable)

Requests made outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for a return or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used fragrance sprays

  • Opened or used perfume oils or aftershave oils

  • Items purchased on sale or promotional offers

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with scent preference

Scent perception is subjective, and we encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for items that are confirmed faulty or incorrect.
We do not offer exchanges based on scent preference.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue before issuing a replacement or refund where applicable.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
