  • All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after cut-off times or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Method

We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked services to ensure reliability and peace of mind.

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days

  • Service: Royal Mail Tracked

  • Tracking: Full tracking provided for every order

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to factors outside our control, such as peak periods or unforeseen courier delays.


Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

  • International shipping options may be introduced in the future.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this to monitor your delivery directly through the Royal Mail tracking system.

  • Safa Scents is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbours or your local delivery office first.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
